2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or making any payment, you confirm that you:

4 Book Purchases

  • Books sold through our platform are subject to availability.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Once delivered, books are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

5 Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.
  • In case of payment failure but amount deduction, the refund will be processed as per gateway timelines (usually 5–7 working days).
  • Duplicate payments will be refunded after verification.

6. Refund Policy

Coaching fees once paid are non-refundable. Digital study materials are strictly non-refundable. For details, view our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All study materials, notes, and books are copyright protected. Reselling or reproducing materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct

Violation of institute discipline or website misuse may result in suspension without refund.

9. Liability

We do not guarantee job selection. Results depend on individual student effort and preparation.
