Refund Policy

At Sukanta Sir Classes, we maintain a transparent refund policy to ensure clarity for students and customers purchasing our courses or books.

1 Coaching Fee Refund Policy

Coaching fees once paid are non-refundable.

  • Admission is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Fees paid for offline or online batches cannot be refunded once classes have started.
  • No refund will be provided for absenteeism, personal reasons, or change of mind.

2. Duplicate Payment

If a technical error leads to a duplicate payment:

  • Refunded after verification.
  • Processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Credited to original payment method.

3. Failed Transactions

If amount is deducted but transaction fails:

  • Wait 3–5 days for bank auto-reversal.
  • Contact us if not reversed.
  • Refund issued after gateway confirmation.

4 Book Purchase Refund Policy

Books once sold and delivered are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photo proof of the damage.
  • A replacement will be provided. Refund only if replacement is impossible.

5. Digital Materials

Any digital notes, PDFs, or downloadable content are strictly non-refundable once access is granted.

6. Payment Processing

All refunds are processed back to the original payment source. We do not store any sensitive banking information on our servers.
